Debasish Ghosh

Debasish Ghosh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Debasish most recently worked as a Principal Engineer at Conviva, starting in January 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at LeadIQ from November 2021 to November 2023. Between September 2016 and August 2021, Debasish worked as a Principal Engineer at Lightbend, Inc. Debasish also held the role of Consultant at Brick Alloy from April 2015 to August 2016. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at both Eligotech BV and Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Pvt Ltd from March 2013 to February 2015 and from March 2013 to August 2014, respectively. Debasish also held the position of CTO at Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2012 to February 2013. From March 2001 to July 2012, they served as the CTO at Anshin Software Private Ltd. Prior to that, Debasish worked as a Principal Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from October 1998 to March 2001 and as a Principal Architect at Tanning Technologies from September 1996 to September 1998.

Debasish Ghosh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jadavpur University in the years 1984-1988. Additional to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications in machine learning and data analysis from various institutions, including Coursera and Stanford University. Some of the certifications include "Bayesian Methods for Machine Learning," "Mathematics for Machine Learning Specialization," "Statistical Learning," and "Introduction to Recommender Systems." These certifications were obtained between the years 2012 and 2019.
