Lenietta (Nita) then worked at DHL as a Sr. Human Resources Analyst before joining CoPower as a Benefits Administrator. Nita later became a Human Resources Manager at RJS & Associates and concurrently at ConXtech. Lenietta (Nita) then served as a Human Resources Specialist at the Alameda County Office of Education before joining LiveOps, where they held the positions of Human Resources Specialist and Sr. Human Resources Specialist. Currently, Nita is the Director of People & Culture at Conviva, where they have been since 2014. At Conviva, they are responsible for developing and executing a business strategy, coaching leaders in talent acquisition, overseeing global people operations, and fostering inclusivity. Nita has achieved significant accomplishments during their time at Conviva, including scaling the company's people operations and building a strong people, place, and culture across multiple countries.
Nita Hunter has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. Lenietta (Nita) also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
