Prakash Thomas Francis is a Senior Product Support Engineer at Conviva since July 2019, serving as a subject matter expert for multiple products and addressing operational challenges in collaboration with engineering teams. Prakash began a career in the energy sector as a Student Intern at the Energy Management Centre Kerala, performing performance analysis of solar power plants.
