Kyle McGrath

Kyle McGrath is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Sr Director of Operations Execution at Convive Brands. Previously, Kyle held the position of Vice President Operations at REEF, where they managed extensive kitchen and retail operations and scaled operations significantly in a short timeframe. At OTG Management, Kyle successfully prepared and managed substantial operational budgets while fostering collaboration across departments. Kyle's earlier roles included various management positions at Terra Momo Restaurant Group and Mina Group, where they focused on operational excellence and staff development. Kyle studied at Rutgers University from 1996 to 1999.
