Muhammad Shahjahan has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and accounting field since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Internee and Accountant at PTCL and the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, respectively. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at wi-tribe Pakistan as an Assistant Manager Financial Operations and Regional Supervisor Financial Operations, where they were responsible for ensuring timely realization of funds, manual reconciliation of un-reconciled transactions, and preparing and verifying daily collection accounts sweeps. Since 2019, they have been Director of Finance and Accounting, Senior Manager Finance, and Finance Lead at Convo.com, where they are responsible for leading an overall finance function, planning and monitoring budget, financial reporting and solutions, handling tax and other financial compliance, and leading revenue assurance function.
Muhammad Shahjahan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounts from the University of the Punjab in 2005-2006. Muhammad then completed an ACMA in Accounts and Finance from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan) from 2007-2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Supply Chain Management Training from the University of Management and Technology - UMT in March 2014, PMP Training from Sina Institute of Networks and Aesthetics in February 2013, Training on Communication and Interpersonal Skills from wi-tribe Pakistan in March 2011, and Advanced Excel from ICMA Pakistan in January 2010. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI) in 2020.
