ConvoHub is a 100% channel-only UC and CX delivery operation.

We work exclusively with Cisco, Microsoft and Zoom resellers, MSPs and VARs who need CCIE-level engineers available on demand, without the overhead of a permanent bench. We do not sell direct. We do not prospect partner accounts. We do not make direct contact with end clients. The partner relationship stays exactly where it belongs - with the partner.

That commitment is structural. ConvoHub has no direct sales capability and no intention of building one. Every engagement is delivered under the partner's brand, on their timeline, with their name on every document and every client interaction.

What we deliver:
• Platform migrations - on-premises to cloud and inline upgrades across Webex Calling, Teams Voice and Zoom Phone. Every cutover planned, every stage tested, rollback always in place.
• Contact centre deployments - Webex CC, UCCE/UCCX, Zoom Contact Center. IVR design, CRM integration, routing logic, quality management.
• Conversational AI and virtual agents - designed from real call data, not assumptions.
• Partner delivery support - solution architecture, pre-sales technical support, white-label hypercare and Tier-3 escalation.
• Disaster recovery - full environment rebuilds following ransomware and infrastructure failure.

The person behind every ConvoHub engagement is Khubaib Saleem. CCIE Collaboration, Webex Contact Center Expert, UCCE Specialist, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom Phone and Contact Center certified. Over 15 years of enterprise UC and CX delivery. More than 30 projects completed.

Most clients are NDA-protected. Case studies available at convohub.cloud. Sectors delivered into include financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, legal, logistics and global enterprise.
