Nilesh Kadadawar

Nilesh Kadadawar has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infosys Technologies Ltd. In this role, they reviewed business requirements, prepared test plans, and worked as a consultant to the testing team. Nilesh also implemented project management concepts to improve product quality.

In 2010, Nilesh worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park, where they designed and developed a database to track research protocols. Nilesh also redesigned the department website and was responsible for recommending and maintaining software products.

In 2011, Nilesh joined SWIFT as a Software Test Engineer. Here, they qualified and validated secure financial messaging products, tested and qualified multiple software products each quarter, and developed acceptance test strategies and specifications.

Nilesh Kadadawar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Bio Medical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between the years 2002 and 2006. Additionally, Nilesh has obtained several certifications, including "Using Databases with Python", "Using Python to Access Web Data", "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)", "Python Data Structures", "The Data Scientist's Toolbox", "Web Application Architectures", "ISTQB - Certified Tester, Foundation Level", and "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from prestigious institutions such as Coursera, ASTQB, and Scrum Alliance during different years.
