Brita Shah

Brita Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years.

Brita started their career as a Project Trainee at UTI MF in 2010, where they worked on a project comparing mutual fund schemes.

After that, they joined Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2011 as an Assistant Manager in Delivery Management, where they provided support, conducted trainings, and collaborated on restructuring the QA process for the Tally product.

Brita then worked their way up in Tally Solutions, taking on roles such as Manager in Functional Experience Design, Manager in Delivery Management, Product Manager in Customer Delight, and Program Lead in Product Excellence.

In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing requirements, resolving backlog defects, and creating functional specifications for various releases of Tally. ERP9.

In 2022, Brita joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as a Senior Manager of Products. Here, they managed a team of Product Managers and collaborated with stakeholders to analyze gaps and negotiate needs and expectations.

Finally, in 2023, they joined Convoso as a Product Owner II. Further details about their role are not provided.

Brita Shah passed Level 2 in the CFA Program from the CFA Institute in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BBM-Finance degree from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, from 2008 to 2011. Before pursuing their degree, they completed their PUC in Commerce (SMCA) from Mount Carmel PU College from 2006 to 2008. Brita completed their secondary education from Sindhi High School, Bengaluru, under the CBSE curriculum in 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations and Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2018.
