Seth Affatato

Seth Affatato has extensive experience in product marketing. Seth currently works as a Product Marketing Manager at Convoso since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Kore.ai from May 2022 to December 2022. Seth also worked at Convoso as a Product Marketing Manager from December 2021 to May 2022. Before entering the field of product marketing, Seth worked as a Product Marketing Specialist at Alvaria, Inc. from February 2020 to December 2021 and at Aspect Software from February 2020 to May 2021. Seth's earlier work experience includes roles at Starbucks, where they worked as a Shift Supervisor from July 2019 to February 2020, a Barista Trainer from May 2019 to February 2020, and a Barista from June 2018 to February 2020.

Seth Affatato has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mass Communications, with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management, from the University of South Florida. This degree was obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Seth earned an Associate's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Lake-Sumter State College, completed between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, Seth has obtained two certifications: PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in January 2022, and ServSafe from the American National Standards Institute in January 2015.
