Kip Kingsland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process engineering and management. Currently serving as a Business Process Engineer at Convoy of Hope since May 2014, Kip is responsible for the design and implementation of effective business processes that enhance workflow, reduce operational costs, ensure data quality, and achieve strategic objectives. Prior roles include Senior Director of Program Administration and Global Initiatives Program Director at GDCA, Inc. (January 1996 - April 2014) and VP of Operations at Tri-City Circuits (January 1994 - January 1996). Additionally, Kip has experience as an Administrative Manager at Telemeter and as Director of Manufacturing. Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. As a faith-based, international, humanitarian-relief organization strategically based in Springfield, Missouri — the crossroads of America — our goal is to bring help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting. Convoy of Hope was founded in 1994 by the Donaldson family. Their inspiration for starting the organization can be traced back to the many people who helped their family after their father, Harold, was killed by a drunk driver in 1969. Today, more than 70 million people have been served throughout the world by Convoy of Hope. We are proud that we work through churches, businesses, government agencies and other nonprofits to provide help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting.
