Kristy Frans is an experienced professional in revenue management and program administration, currently serving as Revenue Manager and Finance Administrative Manager at Convoy of Hope since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy held several leadership positions at the Council of Churches of the Ozarks from November 2016 to June 2022, including Director of Administration, where responsibilities included developing onboarding processes, organizing office procedures, and managing organizational records. As RSVP Director, Kristy led literacy programming and enhanced volunteer engagement through strategic planning and partnerships with public schools. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Ozarks Literacy Council and Teach Back Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the College of the Ozarks in 2010.

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. As a faith-based, international, humanitarian-relief organization strategically based in Springfield, Missouri — the crossroads of America — our goal is to bring help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting. Convoy of Hope was founded in 1994 by the Donaldson family. Their inspiration for starting the organization can be traced back to the many people who helped their family after their father, Harold, was killed by a drunk driver in 1969. Today, more than 70 million people have been served throughout the world by Convoy of Hope. We are proud that we work through churches, businesses, government agencies and other nonprofits to provide help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting.
