Lauren Dae Donaldson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in public engagement, donor relations, and project management. Currently serving as a Public Engagement Specialist and previously as a Partner Engagement Coordinator at Convoy of Hope, Lauren has successfully cultivated mid-range donor portfolios to enhance yearly giving. Prior roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where Lauren managed undergraduate teams to solve business challenges, and various positions in administrative support and marketing, including a Sales and Marketing Intern role at SRC Electrical where Lauren designed a diversity campaign. With a Master of Science in Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University, Lauren possesses a solid educational foundation complemented by a diverse work history, including roles as a Humanitarian Aid Worker and Creative Content Writer.

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. As a faith-based, international, humanitarian-relief organization strategically based in Springfield, Missouri — the crossroads of America — our goal is to bring help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting. Convoy of Hope was founded in 1994 by the Donaldson family. Their inspiration for starting the organization can be traced back to the many people who helped their family after their father, Harold, was killed by a drunk driver in 1969. Today, more than 70 million people have been served throughout the world by Convoy of Hope. We are proud that we work through churches, businesses, government agencies and other nonprofits to provide help and hope to those who are impoverished, hungry and hurting.
