Olivia Tolbert

Olivia Tolbert is an experienced global human resources manager currently working at Convoy of Hope, where responsibilities include managing the team member life cycle for over 220 international employees and overseeing a $5 million budget. Previously, Olivia served as an executive director at Evangel University's CROSSwalk, leading community building initiatives and organizing major campus events, as well as holding the position of director of diversity and inclusion. Additional experience includes a community engagement internship at I Pour Life, a barista role at European Cafe by Sweet Couture, and involvement with Nations Church Istanbul. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Evangel University.
