Lauren Norris

Lauren Norris, MBA, serves as the Director of Marketing at Conway Regional Health System, where roles have included Director of Marketing (Interim), Creative Strategist, and Creative Specialist since August 2019. Prior experience includes contract graphic design work for Insight from January 2019 to May 2022, focusing on internal marketing collateral to support sales goals. At the University of Central Arkansas, Lauren held several positions, including Director of Annual Giving and Director of Strategic Communication & Marketing, leading successful marketing strategies that resulted in significant increases in donor engagement and giving. Lauren holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Business from Arkansas Tech University.
