Steve Plant, CUSP, serves as the Safety Director and previously held the position of Senior Lineman at Conway Corporation, where Steve has worked since December 1978. With over 40 years of experience in the utility industry, Steve transitioned to retirement on November 7, 2018. Steve is an alumnus of Heber Springs High School.
