ConX is a contractor-built workforce management platform designed to help construction companies solve labor shortages without traditional staffing agencies.

We enable contractor-to-contractor labor sharing, real-time crew coordination, and jobsite visibility through a secure digital platform built specifically for the skilled trades. ConX replaces whiteboards, spreadsheets, and last-minute phone calls with smarter workforce collaboration—helping contractors reduce downtime, protect margins, and keep skilled workers employed.

Unlike staffing firms or labor brokers, ConX gives contractors control over their workforce while fostering trusted industry partnerships. Built by contractors who lived the problem, ConX supports a more efficient, collaborative, and sustainable construction workforce.

Built by contractors. Powered by collaboration. Focused on people.
