Jenna Amani

Jenna Amani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration, technical training, and document management. Currently serving as a Senior Windows System Administrator and Technical Trainer at Cook Biotech since January 2018, Jenna is responsible for the life cycle management of Windows servers and application support for the OpenText Content Server environment. Previously, Jenna held the role of IT Manager for the Platform Services Team at Cook Medical, overseeing a global team focused on various document management systems. From June 2008 to April 2016, Jenna worked as a Document Repository Architect and Records Management Supervisor, leading global SharePoint deployments and acting as a liaison between IT and information consumers. Jenna's earlier roles include Web Services Librarian at ASU and Bilingual Virtual Reference Librarian at Tutor.com. Educational qualifications include an Instructional Design Graduate Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master of Library Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
