Laura Mendoza-Mante is an accomplished IT security professional with extensive experience in risk management, governance, and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security Risk Management, Vendor Contract Management, and Identity Access at Cook Children's Health Care System, Laura has previously held managerial roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where leadership was provided for a Governance, Risk, & Compliance team, and at Forcepoint, focusing on information risk evaluation and security guidance. Laura’s background also includes significant roles at Ascension Technologies, eLoyalty, and various other companies where expertise in information assurance, configuration management, and help desk support was developed. Laura earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Certificate of Completion in Network Administration from Northwest Vista College.
