Lesley Wager

Lesley Wager is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital and operational leadership roles, currently serving as AVP of Digital Experience at Cook Children's Health Care System since June 2009, with previous positions including Director of Digital Experience and Epic Digital Products Manager. Prior to this, Lesley held various leadership roles at DICE Corporation, notably as Director of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, sales, and operational functions, and achieving record-high employee and client satisfaction levels. Lesley has a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from LeTourneau University, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Systems from the same institution, completed in 2017, along with earlier studies at The University of Texas at Arlington.
