Marc Rains

Marc Rains is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and application development. Currently serving as the Manager of Epic Applications at Cook Children's Health Care System since September 2017, Marc oversees a team of Epic certified analysts focused on designing and supporting solutions in various Epic systems. In previous roles, Marc was responsible for developing IT Service Management processes, establishing a Service Management Office at Jack Henry & Associates, and managing support relationships for Microsoft's largest customers. Marc's career began as a Senior Programmer Analyst at First Command Financial Services, where software development projects were directed. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior University.
