Megan Chavez has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on patient and family experience. At Cook Children's Health Care System, Megan served as Vice President for both Cook Children's Experience and Patient and Family Experience from May 2020 to April 2023. Previously, Megan was the Director of Hoag Experience at Hoag Hospital from September 2016 to March 2020, overseeing strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance patient experiences. From October 2001 to August 2016, Megan worked at Tower Strategies, rising to the position of Executive Vice President and co-owner, specializing in patient engagement and care continuum optimization.
