Teresa Whitley Baker

Teresa Whitley Baker is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various health systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Primary and Specialty Services at Cook Children's Health Care System since April 2020, Teresa held previous positions including Executive Director at Texas Health Physicians Group and JPS Health Network, and Director of the VA Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic at VA North Texas Health Care System. Teresa's career in health care operations began as an Operations Manager at South Texas Veterans Health Care System. Teresa holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
