Michael Piper

Michael Piper, with an M.B.A. and an A.A.S. degree, currently serves as the Deputy Assessor - Chief Valuations Officer at Cook County Assessor's Office since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at the City of Philadelphia for over two decades, such as Chief Assessment Officer and Assessment Administrator/Deputy Chief Assessment Officer. Michael earned their MBA in Management Information Systems from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where Michael also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a dual major in Real Estate and Legal Studies/Marketing.
