Mildred Terzic

Mildred Terzic is currently serving as the Director of Special Properties at Cook County Assessor's Office and as an Adjunct Instructor at DePaul University. With a background encompassing roles such as Vice President, Managing Director, and Assistant Vice President at various companies in the real estate and finance field, Mildred brings extensive experience in asset management and portfolio management. Mildred holds an MBA with a Marketing Concentration from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BSC in Finance/Management from DePaul University.
