Beth Vaclavik

Beth Vaclavik currently serves as the Associate Chief Nurse Executive at Cook County Health since May 2022, previously held the position of Director of Ambulatory Procedures at CCHHS from June 2018 onwards, and worked at Rush University Medical Center as the Unit Director for BMTU/Hematology/Oncology from August 2010 to April 2018. Additional experience includes managing Outpatient Oncology Services at Little Company of Mary Hospital from February 2006 to July 2010 and various roles, such as Staff Nurse, Patient Care Manager, and Nurse Educator at the University of Chicago Hospitals from May 1986 to February 2006. Beth Vaclavik completed a Doctorate of Nursing in Systems Leadership Nursing at Rush University between 2014 and 2016, earned a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Saint Xavier University from 1989 to 1992, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University from 1982 to 1986.
