Dr. Sheila Boston

Dr. Sheila Boston currently serves as the Organizational Development & Training Analyst at Cook County Health, where responsibilities include researching, developing, and facilitating training programs for employees. Previously, Dr. Boston held leadership roles as Program Chair of Commerce and Technology at Northwestern College and Program Chair of General Education and Business Management at Westwood College-River Oaks, overseeing program functions and faculty development. Additionally, Dr. Boston has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Communication Principles Instructor at Prairie State College and as a General Education Instructor at Westwood College-River Oaks. Dr. Boston holds a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University, an MBA and MHRM from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a DBA in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
