Jacoby Radford

Jacoby Radford has over two decades of experience in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management and Contracts at Cook County Health since September 2020, Radford previously worked as a Procurement Consultant at Saldemar Solutions, LLC, from July 2019 to September 2020 and held the position of Manager, Procurement at College of DuPage from February 2016 to July 2019. Early career roles include Assistant Procurement Officer for the City of Chicago, Systems Engineer/Product Marketing Manager at Lucent Technologies, Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, and Member of Technical Staff at Hughes Aircraft Company. Radford began the professional journey as an Assistant Research Engineer at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Finance from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
