Jeison Esmundo

Jeison Esmundo, PT, DPT, currently serves as a Staff Physical Therapist at Cook County Health, providing skilled physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Provident Hospital Campus. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Physical Therapist and Staff Physical Therapist at West Suburban Medical Center, where responsibilities included administrative duties and patient care in acute and subacute rehab settings. Jeison also worked at ATI Physical Therapy and gained experience as a Student Physical Therapist in various settings, including Swedish Hospital and the Interprofessional Community Clinic at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Jeison holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts from Mt. San Antonio College.
