Leslie Frain

Leslie Frain, MSN, RN, CPPS, CPHQ, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Associate Chief Quality Officer at Cook County Health since March 2021. Prior to this role, Leslie held the position of Director of Quality Improvement at Stroger and Provident Hospitals from November 2019 to April 2021 and served as Chief Quality Officer at MetroSouth Medical Center between December 2016 and November 2019. From January 2013 to December 2016, Leslie was the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at MacNeal Hospital.
