Rachelle Casambre, MPH, CAPM, LSSGB, currently serves as the Director of Delegation and Vendor Oversight at Cook County Health, where responsibilities include vendor oversight and compliance, RFP management, and contract management. With extensive experience in Medicaid and Medicare product management, Rachelle previously held various roles at IlliniCare Health, including Senior Manager of Delegation and Vendor Oversight and Medicaid Risk and Operations Manager, achieving a perfect score in NCQA Accreditation. Prior experience includes project management, compliance oversight, and research roles at organizations such as Family Health Network and the City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services. Rachelle holds a Master's Degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with multiple project management and Six Sigma certifications.
