Jessica Becker

Jessica Becker currently serves as a Pre-Licensed Assistant Public Defender at the Cook County Public Defender's Office since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a 711 Law Clerk at the same office from June to August 2023, as well as a Legal Intern at the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic from June 2022 to April 2023. Jessica's background also encompasses service as an AmeriCorps Vista Member at the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic from September 2020 to July 2021 and an internship at the Cook County Public Defender in June 2019. Jessica Becker is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) in Public Interest Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from Tulane University, completed in 2020.
