Jeffrey Horton is an experienced Software Engineer currently working as a System Analyst II - Developer at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office since June 2023, where responsibilities include architecting and developing full-stack web and mobile applications using Oracle APEX and creating secure NodeJS RestAPIs with MSSQL queries. At i.c.stars since January 2023, Jeffrey has developed and deployed web and mobile applications, integrating augmented reality to enhance user experience.
