Spencer Boyer

Spencer Boyer is an experienced professional in construction management, currently serving as the Director of Estimating and Project Management at Cook Engineering Inc since April 2023. With a strong background in project management, Spencer has held key roles at various companies, including Project Manager at Martin Brothers Construction and DeSilva Gates Construction, as well as serving at Teichert, MCH Electric, and Insituform Technologies in senior project management capacities. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Estimator/Project Manager and Land Development Manager. Spencer's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, earned between 1987 and 1993.
