Stephen Walulik

Stephen Walulik is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Cook Medical since November 2019, Stephen oversees manufacturing engineering activities and ensures savings targets are met. Previously, as the Director of Logistic Operations at Trinity Health, responsibilities included managing distribution for a centralized self-distribution center. Stephen has also held various leadership roles at Biomet, where significant achievements included managing a $130M instrument supply chain and successfully scaling operations at SCP Limited. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Stephen has contributed to product development and operational efficiency across multiple organizations.
