Heather Beverley

Heather Beverley has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as the Youth Services Assistant Manager at Cook Memorial Public Library District since June 2005. In this role, Heather provides reference and reader’s advisory services for patrons in the Children's Department and supervises part-time staff. Previously, Heather worked as a Program Coordinator at Prospect Heights Public Library from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included coordinating and supervising adult programming events and writing programming copy for the monthly newsletter. Educational credentials include a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Dominican University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in American and British Literature, Written Communication from Blackburn College (1998-2001).
