Lizwe Masilela has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Lizwe began their career at the Student Cooperative Association in 2009 as an Operations Assistant, where they worked until 2011. In 2013, Lizwe joined Maxim Healthcare Services and held the positions of Healthcare Recruiter and Wellness/Immunization Administrative Assistant. Lizwe worked at Maxim Healthcare Services until 2022.
In 2017, Lizwe joined eKidzCare, where they held multiple roles during their tenure. Lizwe started as an Operations Manager in June 2017 and later took on the positions of Director of Recruiting, Regional Operations, and Regional Development Director. Lizwe'stime at eKidzCare ended in May 2022.
Most recently, Lizwe has joined Cook MyoSite in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.
Lizwe Masilela pursued their education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, starting in 2004 and graduating in 2009. During this time, they earned two Bachelor's degrees, one in Safety Science and another in Natural Sciences. Lizwe then continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Employment and Labor Relations from 2009 to 2011.
