Ben Moore

Ben Moore currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Cook Solutions Group, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Ben worked at Mondelēz International as the Education & Training Manager, overseeing training and organizational development for the Portland bakery within an Integrated Lean Six Sigma framework. Prior experience includes various roles at Pacific Seafood, where Ben managed the internship program and developed training content, as well as a long tenure at United Tile, where responsibilities spanned customer service management, project management for software implementation, and leadership in training and development. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
