Elizabeth Penn has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing, currently serving as Cash Management Procurement Manager at Cook Solutions Group since August 2008, following roles as Sr Purchaser, Purchasing Manager, and Purchasing Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Elizabeth held the position of Purchasing Manager at Salem Clinic from January 2006 to September 2008. Earlier career experience includes positions as Buyer at Norm Thompson Outfitters, lucy activewear, and Good Catalog/Gifts.com, as well as roles as HR Recruiter and Assistant Buyer at Meier & Frank. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on Psychology from Oregon State University, completed in 1998.
