Heidi Moses

Heidi Moses, PMP, has over a decade of experience in project management and business process improvement, currently serving as a Product Manager and Business Process Manager at Cook Solutions Group since December 2014. In these roles, Heidi has focused on diagnosing process improvement opportunities, engaging in change management, managing relational database design, and promoting the adoption of new products. Prior experience includes Key Account Project Manager and Project Coordinator/Key Account Analyst, where responsibilities involved managing key accounts, preparing performance reports, and liaising between installation teams and customers. Before joining Cook Solutions Group, Heidi worked as an Office Administrator/Purchasing Agent at Day Wireless Systems, recognized as the distribution center's MVP in 2013. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Farmingdale State College.
