Khalil Kassam

Khalil Kassam has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Khalil is currently the Director of Operations at Cookin Inc. since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Mentor at The Commons (formerly Skillful) starting from March 2022. In this role, they contributed to an immersive online learning experience for top business talent interested in working in Strategy & Ops teams at leading tech companies.

Before joining The Commons, Khalil served as the Manager of Strategy at the Toronto Blue Jays from November 2021 to July 2022. Khalil also has extensive experience at Uber, where they held various positions. Khalil was a Senior Strategy & Planning Associate - EMEA from January 2021 to November 2021, a Business Strategy Manager - New Verticals Lead from September 2019 to January 2021, and a Business Operations Manager from May 2018 to September 2019.

Starting their career at Citi in May 2016, Khalil worked as a Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst until May 2018. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Content Director of The Sideline Sports from March 2014 to May 2016.
