Laurie Buckle has a diverse work experience in the media and publishing industry. Laurie is the CEO and Founder of CookIt Media, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to CookIt Media, Laurie served as the Editorial Content Director of Food at Better Homes and Gardens, a role they held from November 2011 to January 2013 while working at Meredith. Before Meredith, Laurie was the Editor-in-Chief of Fine Cooking at The Taunton Press from April 2008 to June 2011. Laurie's career began at Conde Nast, where they served as the Managing Editor of Bon Appetit Magazine from January 2001 to March 2008.
Laurie Buckle has a BA in English from California State University, Northridge. Laurie also studied Literature at Goldsmiths, University of London, and American Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
