Susie Tucker began their work experience as an Elementary Education Teacher at Valley View Elementary from 2000 to 2005. Susie managed daily workflow, set goals, and educated over 125 students. Susie also developed an all-day, everyday kindergarten education program within the district.

After their teaching role, Susie transitioned into the culinary industry. Susie worked at Cooks | Bellecour in various roles starting from 2005. As a Field Consultant and Corporate Trainer, they managed the Marshall Field's partnership account, developed product training curriculum, and merchandised culinary products across 15 Midwest Marshall Fields stores.

Subsequently, Susie took on the responsibility of Retail Operations Manager, overseeing operational and sales elements for multi-location retail. Susie collaborated with marketing on promotional campaigns, managed inventory, and trained a team of over 60 employees.

In 2008, Susie became the Manager of Private Event Sales at Cooks | Bellecour, where they developed leads, finalized sales, and coordinated private group culinary experiences. Susie also initiated culinary school expansion and designed team-building activated learning experiences.

From 2012 to 2020, Susie served as the Director of Culinary School Sales at Cooks | Bellecour, leading culinary school sales, product management, and new business development for public cooking classes and corporate and private events. Susie was responsible for strategic planning and decision-making for B2B and B2C goals.

In their most recent role at Cooks | Bellecour, Susie held the position of Director of Culinary School & Bakery Sales & Operations. Starting in 2020, they maximized culinary school and bakery product performance, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Susie also developed content strategy, implemented digital redesigns, and conducted research to drive successful outcomes.

Susie Tucker attended Hamline University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BA degree in Communication Studies and Elementary Education.
