Jim Flood is an experienced professional in quality assurance and training, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for the West Zone at ABRA Auto Body & Glass since November 2018. Simultaneously, Jim has been involved in training activities with Cooks Collision since June 2016. Prior to these roles, Jim dedicated over three decades to Farmers Insurance, providing expertise as a Trainer in APD Claims from October 1983 to June 2016. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from California Baptist University and a Master's degree in Religious Education from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.
