Lesa Phelps

Lesa Phelps is an experienced professional in product management and operations within the jewellery industry. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management at Cooksongold since May 2012, Lesa leads a team of ten, focusing on achieving team objectives through effective leadership and motivation. Prior to this role, Lesa was the Operations Manager at UKHN, the European office of the HNJ Group, which specializes in fine jewellery. Lesa also held the position of Product Manager at M&M, where responsibilities included designing and managing product launches and market analysis. Additionally, Lesa worked as Product Development Manager at Weston Beamor - Domino, overseeing multiple annual product launches and the creation of new master patterns.
