Rich Lemm

Rich Lemm currently serves as the Director of People Operations at CookUnity since November 2023. Previously, Rich held the position of Director of Employee Relations and Talent Management at Crossroads from November 2020 to November 2023, after serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Prior experience includes working as a Human Capital Partner at MedExpress for the Northeast Region and roles at OTG Management as HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist. Rich began a career in human resources with positions at Starwood Hotels, PBR Construction Inc., and InterContinental Hotels Group, also gaining experience as an HR Generalist Intern at The Chelsea Hotel. Rich earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Rowan University.
