Leo Lopez

Leo Lopez is currently the Head Sushi Chef at Clap Restaurants, where they oversee sushi preparation and kitchen operations. Previously, they held the same position at Royal Caribbean Group and gained extensive experience as a Sous Chef at Nobu Hotel Manila, where they supported the executive chef and trained kitchen staff. Leo's culinary journey began in 2007 as a waiter and progressed through various roles in renowned establishments, including several stints as a sushi chef and commi chef. They have demonstrated a commitment to high food quality, customer satisfaction, and effective kitchen management throughout their career.
