Ania Lato

Ania Lato has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and project management fields. Ania began their career in 1987 as a Process Engineer at McDermott. In 1988, they joined Dow Benelux, BV as a Process Engineer and later took on the roles of Engineering Manager & Project Engineer and Lead Process Engineer. In 2009, they established Ania Lato Consulting, providing engineering and project management consulting services to globally based owner organizations. In 2010, they were engaged as a start-up consultant for Vestas, where they led and coordinated all activities associated with locating new office space, lease contract negotiations, architectural design of tenant improvements, and furnishings. In 2014, they joined Cool Planet Energy Systems, Inc. as Director of Capital Projects Management, where they were responsible for developing green fuel and biocarbon products.

Ania Lato has a Master of Chemical Engineering (MCHE) from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
