Margi Barkwell

Margi Barkwell has worked in various roles in the industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Architecture/Interior Design Intern at Via Design Inc. In 2010, they worked as a Student Telemarketer at Michigan State University. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Space Planning Intern at Sam's Club. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Merchandise Planner, Merchandise Planning Analyst, and Merchant Leadership Program at Walmart. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Merchandise Planning Shop Lead and Merchandise Planner at Petco. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Demand Planner and Demand Planner at Kashi Company. Finally, from 2020 to present, they have been working as Director of Planning and Strategic Planning and Analytics Manager at COOLA.

Margi Barkwell attended East Grand Rapids High School from 2006 to 2009, after which they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University in 2013. In 2019, they received a Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) from the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning. In 2022, they obtained an Analytics for Competitive Advantage certification from Michigan State University.
