Customer Experience Manager at COOLA

Rebecca Webb has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Rebecca began their career as an Office Manager at J&L Venture Group, LLC in 2018. Rebecca then worked as a Real Estate Marketing / Administrative Assistant at Sotheby's International Realty in 2018. In 2019, they joined COOLA as a Customer Care Agent, and was subsequently promoted to Customer Care Supervisor and then Customer Experience Manager.

Rebecca Webb attended Nicolaiskolan Helsingborg from 2009 to 2011, where they studied social studies with an emphasis in diplomacy. Rebecca then went on to Santa Barbara City College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication. Finally, they attended UC Santa Barbara from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
