Galina Kotova

Galina Kotova has over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales, finance, and operations. Galina began their career in 1997 as a Fixed Income Operations at Renaissance Capital. In 1999, they joined VR Capital Group as one of the first key employees and held the role of CFO. During their tenure, the fund achieved annualized returns of 44% for investors. In 2006, they co-founded Globus Wine, where they were responsible for business development, marketing and sales. In 2014, they co-founded Bottlez, and in 2018 they co-founded CoolBeez, where they are responsible for business development.

Galina Kotova attended Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a MS in Economics. In 2019, they graduated from the Founder Institute with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Galina is currently enrolled at CXL and has obtained two additional certifications: Content Strategy and SEO for Lead Generation from CXL in 2022 and DigitalMarketing1.1x: Digital Marketing, Social Media, and E-Commerce for Your Business from Wharton Online | The Wharton School in 2017.
